With electronic ticketing, traveling with Air Mauritius is now simpler, faster, and easier:
* No risk of losing or forgetting your ticket, and no need to replace it.
* No need to collect your prepaid ticket, or to wait for its delivery by post.
* Change your ticket over the phone.
How
* Buy your ticket at your travel agency, or at Air Mauritius, through Air Mauritius agencies, or call center or Air Mauritius Web site. Air Mauritius recommend that you provide a form of identification, such as your passport or national identity card number, in order to facilitate your check-in at the airport.
* You will then receive an itinerary receipt of your trip which may also be delivered to you by e-mail, fax, or post. You will no longer receive a paper ticket, as it is now in electronic form and securely stored in our reservation system. You may thereafter modify your ticket through a phone call, subject to the fare rules.
* At the airport, you then hand over your itinerary receipt and form of identification to the check-in agent, and receive your boarding card.
