How to Fight Depression

1. Get up early in the morning and take your bicycle with you and do cycling.

2. At evening time go to Park and do evening walk.

3. When you are at home listen to music like Hiphop, Techno Music. etc… do not listen to sentimental song.

4. Try to have a habit of reading books

5. Mingle with friends and have good conversation with them.

6. Send SMS to your friends

7. Play football, Badminton. volleyball, hockey, etc

8. Take bath every day.

9. Make yourself sweat every day by taking exercise

10. Try to be happy every day. try to laugh every day…
