1. Eat more
2. Sleep more
3. Don’t worry..try to be happy always…this is what my motto is when I want to gain weight.
4. I go to Gym and I sweat alot. After coming back from Gym I take bath, after taking bath I feel hungry I eat alot. After eating my food I feel so sleepy and I sleep alot. Most people think that going to Gym is for getting slim, if they go to gym for getting slim it might work but for me I go to gym to gain weight because if I don’t go to gym I do not have appetite for food as well as I don’t get good sleep.
The above four points mention is my personal experience and it works for me.
