With the launch of the 7th Indian Institute of Management (RGIIM), the Government of India has provided a new impetus to the quality management education in the North East. Named after the visionary leader and late Prime Minister Shri Rajiv Gandhi, it aptly echoes his mission of modernising and globalising the country through the promotion of quality higher education in all parts of the country.
