    I came to Delhi by KLM Flight on 27th night from Amsterdam, my 2 bags were in the baggage. I recd one bag on 27th itself second bag recd today morning. The lock of the bag is broken and items in the bag are missing and few are broken worth Rs 5000. These items are perfumes and some of the cosmetics, it is sad that this happened in India. I want this complaint to go to the higher authority and need an explaination ASAP.
