When Simon Cowell was asked about who should replace him, he simply said, “You have to be good looking,” during a conference call with the reporters.
As of now, Howard Stern is in first place among all the candidates who will replace Simon. Some might say that Stern is a not a man known for his good looks and at the same time Cowell is not convinced that he’s the right one. But he reiterated that he said that not basing on his looks but based on his managerial experience.
