2012 is a 2009 action disaster film based loosely on the 2012 phenomenon and directed by Roland Emmerich. The film has an ensemble cast, including John Cusack, Amanda Peet, Danny Glover, Thandie Newton, Oliver Platt, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Woody Harrelson. The film was distributed by Columbia Pictures.
