<p>3. Don&#8217;t worry..try to be happy always&#8230;this is what my motto is when I want to gain weight.</p>
<p>4. I go to Gym and I sweat alot. After coming back from Gym I take bath, after taking bath I feel hungry I eat alot. After eating my food I feel so sleepy and I sleep alot. Most people think that going to Gym is for getting slim, if they go to gym for getting slim it might work but for me I go to gym to gain weight because if I don&#8217;t go to gym I do not have appetite for food as well as I don&#8217;t get good sleep.</p>
<p>The above four points mention is my personal experience and it works for me. </p>
