Lifehacker asked its readers to vote for their best antivirus programs and picked the 5 top anti-virus software: Avast, Microsoft Security Essentials, Avira, ESET NOD32 Antivirus, and AVG.

I am surprised that some famous anti-virus programs are not in the list, such as: Norton, Mcfee, Trend Micro, F-Secure, and Kaspersky.

Personally, I am on Mac and I don’t need any antivirus app but I installed VirusBarrier for Mac to scan files for virus, so that I don’t spread viruses to my PC friends. Continue Reading
